The American public school system does a poor job of educating young women (or those folks with a uterus) on their menstrual health, reproductive health and preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum wellness.

This course was designed to give you a foundational understanding of how your female body works and natural wellness tips for nurturing your body during each phase of your menstrual cycle.

We discuss each reproductive organ and its "job" within your body, how menstruation works and what each phase is called, and the basics of conception and pregnancy. This information is vital for all females and owners of a uterus because when we are empowered to understand how our body works, we are able to care for it better and advocate for our health needs with more confidence.

The information that I share in this course comes from my education in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yoga and Ayurvedic practices, and holistic wellness that has been shared with me by my professors and mentors over the years.
