Welcome to the inaugural Working Well Virtual Event.
The event was recorded live over three days during April 2021. It brought together workplace wellbeing decision-makers, HR Managers, Mental Health First Aiders, wellness advocates, committees and champions.
The event is packed full of interactive workshops, talks, panel discussions and experiential sessions, run by some of the most inspiring and qualified experts in the world of workplace wellbeing.
It provides a chance to reset, consider your wellbeing strategy and find fresh inspiration for how you approach organisational wellbeing and support your people at this time.
We have edited the recording and added some extra content so that you can experience the event for yourself, at a pace that suits you, from the comfort of your own home.
Take a look at some of the great sessions that are included:
- Keynote welcome with Damian Hughes: We opened the event with Damian Hughes, Professor of Organisational Psychology and international speaker and best-selling author. In this keynote Damian shares learnings from the past year and his Podcast ' The High Performance Podcast' offering a glimpse into the lives of high-achieving successful Individuals.
- Workplace Wellbeing, What Works and Why?: Panel discussion from Jodie Hill (Thrive Law), Fiona Berry (Circus Stress) and Yonatan Malka (Reaction), looking at the workplace wellbeing landscape; before and since the pandemic. They discussed what wellbeing initiatives really work and how we can measure the outcomes.
- Wellbeing by Design: This practical session is based on the principles of human-centred design. Wellbeing is seen as an increasingly crucial part of business success, but it’s not enough to simply support people in a scattergun way. Instead, we need to build it into the fabric of our businesses - and this starts with a strong wellbeing strategy. This practical session uses our Wellbeing Strategy Canvas and you will leave the session with a quick plan of action to help embed wellbeing in your business, along with lots of ideas of how to bring this to life.
Plus many more topics, additional practical sessions on eye health, mindfulness and desk yoga, and much much more...
