Energy flows through each of us. Chakras are the bodies energy centers, and when we are balanced and in harmony, not only do our lives feel easier and tend to flow better, but our magick is more potent and powerful. This module intimates that in order to be the most authentic version of ourselves, magickly or otherwise, constant healing and self work is needed. This module explores how to work with the Chakras and energy bodies to prepare ourselves to be balanced and in harmony. Chakras are the seven main energy centers located throughout our bodies. These are responsible for different areas of our physical, mental, emotional and energetic well-being. When our Chakras are balanced and maintained our body, mind and spirit function in harmony and work as a cohesive unit. However, when one or several of our Chakras are not aligned, our energy is not in harmony but in dis-ease.

This module explores energy in several of its forms, from the Chakras to the Mudras and Chants used to fine tune and balance them. This module also includes the 7 layers to our human energy field and suggests that besides our physical body, we further have 7 outlines around our body which represent different layers in our energy field. It is in these fields that our thoughts, feelings and emotions, along with our personalities, qualities, attributes, spirituality, physicality are stored. A healthy body will display a brightly coloured aura that can extend several feet out from the body.

When we are balanced and healthy, we are more able to work wonderfully creative magick. Working on the Chakras and the energy fields is a great way to feel centered, healthy and whole. By doing this you are prepared and ready to create significantly more energized, potent and powerful magickal workings because you are coming from a strong, balanced energetic foundation.
