Hi and Welcome to the Working Through Your Depression Course.
My name is Kirsty, and I am a clinical hypnotherapist. I work with private clients one to one helping them improve their mental health. I specialise in treating depression, stress, anxiety and past trauma.
I have studied many other holistic and healing modalities such as NLP, CBP, inner child healing, body healing, reiki and BQH (Beyond Quantum Healing). I have collated what I believe to be the best interventions and knowledge to create this course. Depression can be a severe mental health condition and needs to be taken seriously. A doctor can offer a lot of help for someone suffering with depression and this course is not made to replace that, this course however was designed to help change your mindset, to get you understanding your depression more, discovering your true self and it is here to offer you many coping strategies to help ease the symptoms of depression. I purposely created my courses to not have much video in them, I personally prefer to read through the information and exercises myself, at my own pace. And this way all the information is available for you to download and keep.

Other talking therapies encourage us to make changes to our thoughts and behaviours on a conscious level, hypnotherapy makes these changes on a subconscious level as well. As our subconscious is responsible for our habits, beliefs, fears, phobias, imagination, etc it is important and more effective that this part of the mind is involved in the therapy process.
