Is your organization already using Microsoft Teams, but only to meet and chat with co-workers? Are you responsible for managing Teams or projects but are frustrated with the workflow of remote work now? This course will go over some of the ways you can work more effectively with your team!

This isn't a technical course that is made for the common manager just looking to do things better. You just need a Teams account, ownership of a Team, and access to applications like Microsoft Planner and Lists. This courses assumes you have some familiarity with Teams (or a quick learner) and have a majority of your employees/colleagues already using it.

We will cover how to effectively use Microsoft Teams to combat the problems that the coronavirus pandemic has left the remote workforce. Even those working remotely before have probably incurred similar pitfalls and want a better way to have more success on his/her team. We will be going over ways to use the internal tools built into Teams to have better success with our team and to provide insight into just how productive your team is. This course will cover using Microsoft tools like Planner, Lists, and Teams to centralize workflow and make your team more productive no matter where they are.
