As a leadership coach, NLP practitioner and having been in senior leadership positions in business for over 30 years, I have learnt that the most important thing in life, is the relationships you build.

Without relationships you are a total stranger.

One of the biggest challenges in building relationships, is seeing the other persons point of view, as we all have different beliefs, customs, and experiences. We learn and grow and learn through the relationships we have, we question others and ourselves, finding what resonates with us and letting go of what does not. This is the journey of personal development and growth.

In our social groups, as we tend to resonate with people who believe what we believe and that is how we build our “tribes”. What happens when you are working in an organisation where you must interact with people that believe and behave differently to you? Or you are in a family where you feel that you don’t belong, that no one gets you…..?

For over 30 years Numerology has fascinated me and I only saw it as a hobby, until about 10 years ago when I realised that it was a remarkable tool to building relationships, rapport and getting where others come from. It has allowed me to meet them in their map of the world, I have become a better leader, listener, and connector through using numerology as a relationship building tool.

In this basic course I have summarised what I have learnt over the past 30 years. After completing this 2-hour course, you will be able to get a great idea of how you react and respond in the different area’s of your life, and see how others do as well.
