An understanding of the basis of behaviour will enable you to gain insights into many aspects of life and work. At work, this module will share with you how to use this understanding to engage and empower others, manage performance, motivate, communicate, gain co-operation, manage conflict, influence (to name a few areas of application) more effectively. At home this understanding will help you connect and understand those important to you and whom you interact with.
