This introductory course will first put you in the driver seat of a successful hotel revenue manager who needs to decide who should be the guest staying in the last room available for the night.
This fun quiz will ask you to consider various scenario and criteria (some of them often neglected), to determine who is your best customer (read who is the most profitable one!).

The course will then guide you in your much needed data collection process and help you determine what type of data you should you collect.

We will then discuss a few basic practices and tools you can easily implement to process elementary analysis and understand the evolution and direction of your (future) business.
You will be able to download two template reports and incorporate them in your daily and weekly business management processes.
