TOGAF is one of the most sought-after certification for the Software professionals, specifically senior developers and architects. This is, perhaps, the only certification for the Software Professionals, that proves on their knowledge, experience, exposure, on a host of activities that lead to enterprise application development, deployment, maintenance and other related things.
TOGAFstands for The Open Group Architecture Framework. As the name itself indicates, TOGAF is all about architecting, development, deployment, maintenance of enterprise applications. A certification in this direction is a stamp of authority on the professional's resume.
There are two Certifications inTOGAF 9:
TOGAF9.2 FoundationCertification (Level 1)
TOGAF9.2 Certified Certification (Level 2)
In this course, I am providing a number of Certification preparation tests titled Check-it-out Yourself! and the is for the FoundationCertification test. In this course, I keep pumping a number of preparation tests, and with the help of these tests, prospective candidates appearing for the certification exam, can boost their confidence, before taking up the actual test. The actual test is about USD360 (this is for English Tests, and for other foreign languages such as French, Portugese, Spanish etc, it's different), and if you fail, you need to appear once again, but only after 1 month of time.
To most of us, taking the test, and not succeeding is painful, and killing. Instead, I propose you to take this test for preparation, any number of times, and then appear for the actual test. This way, you can afford to take these tests as many times as possible, make sure your confidence in yourself goes up, and then taking the actual test would be very meaningful and with self-confidence. This is exactly what I would like to ensure for you.
I have very painstakingly created these tests, and over a period of time. I will keep adding many more Practice Tests to this series. I will also keep tweaking these tests, so that, as and when you start taking this tests, I am sure that your confidence level grows. You will be able to appear to these tests any number of times. Of course, when you appear for the same test, the questions are re-shuffled and the answers too. This will sharpen your focusing abilities and, you will start recognising the right answers, for similar set of questions. None of the questions in one test appears in the other. They could be similar, but the options for the answers could be different. So, be careful. The questions and question patterns are very close to that of the Open Group's tests. The questions are straight forward, and sometimes twisted.For example, you will find the word NOT or EXCEPT in the question, and be careful not to miss it. If you do so, you might mark exactly an opposite answer.Many of my questions follow this patter. So, be careful. Many of my students have appeared for these tests and benefited from it.
