The goal of this course

User story mapping is a great way to define and plan a product you want to build or an upcoming feature. By the end of this course, you'll be able to create user story maps with your teams and plan and define MVPs as well as further releases.

The course will help you to understand what it needs to prepare a story mapping session, how to map out a story map in different ways (basic, enhanced, expert-level), and how to pitch it to your Engineering Team and stakeholders.

This course is purely about the story mapping technique and how to best apply it to make sure you plan the right thing.

Note: User story mapping is mainly about identifying user stories and efforts to build a feature. The whole detailed story creation process is part of backlog management which I'll cover in the next course.
