Becoming a Service Mapping Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is a really daunting task.
Before even qualifying to take the exam, there are two training courses required:
Service Mapping Fundamentals
Service Mapping Implementation
After completing both courses, you are then faced with the task of studying for the exam. Speaking from personal experience, this is a more daunting task than completing the training courses, considering the insane amount of information (and then some) you are left to decipher what is actually pertinent to the exam.
Service Mapping isn't even the only area that is covered - you must also have expert-level familiarity with the CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and other topics such as Regular Expression and command line console for multiple platforms.
Taking all of this and the lack of accurate practice tests available into consideration, Idecided to create my own course. Getting certified for this product area you are probably already working on everyday should not be this hard.
The purpose of these practice tests is to provide exam candidates with relevant questions and accurate answers to make preparing to take the CIS -Service Mapping exam a less exhausting process. This course means a lot to me, so I am constantly adding additional questions to this exam and striving to improve those that Ihave already provided.
