This course results from 25 years of project management and business analysis experience, participating in dozens of projects and interactions with hundreds of various stakeholders. This course will teach you about various psychological phenomena that can adversely affect project outcomes. These include our desire to narrow the estimation ranges we provide, optimism bias, not seeing the connection between estimates and probabilities, the cost of mistakes on the projects and focusing on the “happy path”, to name a few.
