Day 1: Interlaced lettering
Would you like to get more creative with your lettering?
I will show you how to create your own interlaced lettering design using layer masks and clipping masks.
You will learn:
- to import text images into Procreate.
- to apply techniques for volumetric lighting.
- to enhance your lettering with light effects.
- to utilize Procreate brushes to add texture to your drawing.
- to use layer masks as a way to hide sections of a layer in order to reveal what is in the layer below.

Day 2: Drawing over photos
We will learn how to paint over photographs and make our painting look real. We will have a lot of fun carving a pumpkin.

Day 3: Dripping effect
We will learn how to draw realistic blood. We will make two examples: dripping blood and a droplet.
We will cover things like:
- Liquify tool

- Add light and shadows
Day 4: Glowing text effect
I will show you how quickly you can make your lettering glow.
We will learn about:
- Add text
- Selection Tool
- Blending Modes
Day 5: Animation techniques
We will make a character look like it is moving across a scene.
We will learn about:
- Working with layers and groups of layers.
- Add color using alpha lock.
- Crop and resize canvas
- Drawing guides
Day 6: Drawing a flower
I will show you how easy is to create a beautiful flower in Procreate in less than 30 minutes.
We will use:
- Symmetry tool.
- Clipping masks as a way to add texture to specific areas.
- Blending modes to add lights, shadows, and volume to our drawing.
Day 7: 3D Art
We will use the “Drawing Guide” tool to create a 3D letter in Procreate.
The first thing we will do is to create a template. Then we will transform that template into a 3D illustration.
We will cover things like:
- 2D tool options
- Isometric tool options
- Basics of Digital Quilling
- Customizing QuickMenu
- Tips & tricks to draw letters super quickly
- How to apply a blend mode to our brushes
- Adding lights and shadows to our drawings
