Furthermore, we discuss the nature of their work in processes, policies, and practices within the management process.

The purpose of this course is to guide the students on the difference between leadership, and entrepreneurship and why they should care about leadership, entrepreneurship, and strategy. The fundamental notion of principles of management, the planning-organizing-leading-controlling (P-OL-C) framework, which are developed by french management theorist Henri Fayol (1841–1925), and also supports them to Learn how economic performance feeds social and environmental performance.
