The practice of PP is a developmental process with three steps, called the "3A Process." Successful leaders need to assess their strengths, take constructive actions, and model accountability. Leaders practice leadership, just as CFOs practice accounting. A critical question for business leaders is: How can you operationalize the new scientific findings in positive psychology emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning, and accomplishment (PERMA) in your business outcomes?
