各位同学、各位朋友大家好。很高兴能透过这个PMP培训的系列课程,跟大家一起来学习及探讨项目管理的知识和技能。

本课程授课范围是以PMI项目管理协会出版的「项目管理知识体系指南」及「敏捷实践指南」为主，这也是你要准备PMP认证考试所需要研读的参考书。

我们在课堂中，会配合举出在执行项目时碰到的一些例子，帮助大家了解课程内容，加深印象，而且让你的学习不致于枯躁乏味。

在每一个学习阶段后，会有小考，以帮助大家学习，在课程最后有一个课程总测验，各位同学在通过考试后，即可获得一张学习证书。这张证书可以符合申请考PMP的资格之一：即有关项目管理教育的35个课堂小时。

除了一些専有名词之外，会列出英文做参考。绝大部分都是以中文授课。预祝大家有个愉快的学习，并在不久的将来顺利通过PMP的认证。

Hello, dear students and friends. I am very happy to share the knowledge and skills of project management with you through this series of PMP training courses.

The teaching scope of this course is mainly based on the "Project Management Body of Knowledge" and "Agile Practice Guide" published by the PMI Project Management Institute. These are also the reference books you need to study to prepare for the PMP certification exam.

In the classroom, we will cooperate with some examples encountered during the implementation of many projects to help everyone understand the content of the course, deepen the impression, and prevent your learning from being boring.

After each learning stage, there will be quizzes to help everyone learn. At the end of the course, there is a final exam for the entire course. After students pass the exam, they will get a training certificate. This certificate can meet one of the requirements for applying for the PMP certification, i.e., 35 contact hours related to project management education.

Except for some specific terms, English will be listed for reference. Most of the course contents are taught in Chinese. I wish you all have a pleasant study and successfully pass the PMP certification exam in the near future.
