The purpose of this course is to spread the foundation of knowledge that has allowed me to be successful in my career and on the PMI certification exams. This course currently contains 200 practice questions and will slowly be growing into more sections as feedback is solicited from students. This course will help you gain a greater understanding of the Agile mindset and Agile project management. The exams focus on the fundamental Domains of Agile that have been identified by the Project Management Institute. Passing the PMI-ACP certification exam will help ensure you assume the highest levels of achievement within the Agile project management domain.

The PMI-ACPExam is comprised of 120 questions and 7 domains consisting of the following

Domain l: Agile Principles and Mindset - (16%)

Domain ll: Value-Driven Delivery - (20%)

Domain lll: Stakeholder Engagement - (17%)

Domain lV: Team Performance - (16%)

Domain V: Adaptive Planning - (12%)

Domain Vl: Problem Detection and Resolution - (10%)

Domain Vll: Continuous Improvement (Product, Process, People) - (9%)

The questions are typically multiple-choice and situational-based. In these mock exams, there is an array of foundational knowledge-based questions for entry-level practitioners and more advanced situational-based questions for those practitioners who are ready for their exams and want to test their knowledge.

The first practice exam will build your foundational knowledge of agile terms and practices

The second practice exam is more consistent with what you should see on the exam while still testing foundational knowledge terms.

I highly recommend after taking these practice exams to take the time to read each question's explanation to fully understand the level of knowledge that is required to pass this exam.

There are many topics that are repeated throughout the two exams. Please understand there is a rationale behind this and these topics have been identified as being consistently asked on the exam. A sound understanding of these topics will pay dividends during the exam.
