This Part -1 video set consists of lectures on -

Principles of Pleadings –The basic principles which every student and practitioner of Law should keep in mind which drafting Petitions/Plaints/ Appeals/Applicatiions, Objections/Written Statement, et al.

Judgement Writing/Framing of Issues/Framing of Charges – This is specifically useful for those aspiring for Judicial Services Examination Pan India.

This set of video lectures have ample examples of almost all categories of cases commonly filed by a party.

Writing in own words is encouraged, but the basic principles should be followed, which is diligently explained in this set.

It also includes the principles to be followed while writing Judgements and Framing Issues and Charges, what are the main points to be considered, and how these should be written.

Indian Contract Act – Each section has been well explained, with examples wherever necessary.

Transfer of Property Act – This is an important Act as far as property issues are concerned. Here again, each section has been dealt with in a clear manner and with examples where necessary.

Specific Relief Act – Thorogh explanations are for each section separately.
