This course gives a detailed account of the concepts and formulae used in Program Evaluation and Review Techniques & Critical Path Method. The process of estimating the probability of completing the project within the specific time duration is discussed in this course alongwith the detailed calculation of Critical Path. The Critical Path is estimated alongwith various Floats like Total Float, Free Float and Independent Float.
