In this Intellezy course, students will expand upon their existing knowledge as well as learn and use advanced features of Microsoft Outlook 2019. This is the optional second and final course in this series that is a continuation of Outlook 2019 – Beginner. Students will learn how to modify and manage message options, learn tracking and delivery options, voting options, contact options, calendar options, and a large variety of other advanced, yet easy to use Outlook features. Students will also review various rules and automation and cleanup commands. Sharing options and advanced graphic options will also be highlighted in this course along with other great features like SmartArt, Quick Parts, advanced search options, and a variety of Junk email options that can be easily configured. Students will also learn the other mail options of Outlook, import and export features, and how to back up their Outlook data.
