OKRs stand for “Objectives and Key Results.” It is a collaborative goal-setting methodology used by the best tech and innovative companies to set challenging, ambitious goals with measurable results. OKRs are how you track progress, create alignment, and encourage engagement around measurable goals. OKRs are an effective goal-setting and leadership tool for communicating what you want to accomplish and what milestones you’ll need to meet in order to accomplish it.

In this course you will learn the all the basics and advanced topics of OKR (Objectives and Key Results) and how to apply it in an organization.
