Many nonprofits have common priorities. These priorities include:
Operating effective and well-organized programs
Creating maximum impact and positive change for the people and communities they serve
Increasing organizational and programmatic funding through a variety of fundraising efforts
However, many nonprofits face challenges when trying to accomplish these high-level goals. In many cases they may feel their programs aren’t being as successful as desired. And with unsuccessful programs, there will be a lack of overall impact and change for those served. This ultimately hinders the organization’s ability to generate substantial funding.
All of these factors also negatively impact an organization’s ability to incorporate grants into their revenue strategies.
