DescriptionThis will be my third course on Udemy, my first is a babysitting class for beginners. The next is the beginning of our journey through childcare 0-6 months and this course carries on from 7-12 months. having been a nanny for over thirty years I have learned a lot and put my spin on what I feel is important for you as a caregiver to know. Much more emphasis through research, has been put on brain development in the early years. I am a life long learner and keep up to date with the latest information as well as from my hands on nanny status. there is a safety section in all the courses and CPR is taught as well as basic first aid and safety. If you can get past the technical faux pars you will find the content engaging and interesting. I also worked as an Admissions Director at a private school in Boston so as we go along on our journey I can use my expertise for the toddler years as well as my hands on expertise as a nanny to all different ages throughout my career. I also touch on autism and trauma and how it effects the brain in the early years that can damage relationships as an adult.
