The MSP Foundation certification introduces the Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) method and terminology. Foundation certification ensures you understand the MSP guidance well enough to work in a team to deliver or manage a programme. It confirms that you can act as an informed member of a programme office, business change team or project delivery team working within an environment supporting MSP.

2. Understand how the MSP principles underpin the MSP framework: 7 (BL2) questions
3. Understand the MSP themes and how they are applied throughout the programme: 7 (BL1) & 27 (BL2) questions
4. Understand the MSP processes and how they are carried out throughout the programme: 14 (BL2) questions
"Bloom's level" describes the type of thinking needed to answer the question. For Bloom's level 1 questions, candidates need to recall information about the MSP framework. For Bloom's 2 questions, candidates need to show understanding of these concepts.
The practice tests in this course contain the above-mentioned structure to ensure the students get a realistic experience.

You can purchase the exam voucher via PeopleCert or via an Authorized Training Organization (ATO).
What to expect in the exam?
You need to answer 60 multiple-choice questions in 60 minutes and score 60% (36 marks) to pass the certification. Practice tests in this course will help you prepare for the challenge.
