This course contains all you need to know to pass the PL-900 certification exam.
This course serves as the foundation for the Microsoft Certificate PL-900 "Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals," and it focuses on the Power Platform's numerous apps, as well as how they can be used by other programs, apps, and services.
We'll begin by looking at Power BI. If you have a PC, we'll look at how to get Power BI Desktop for free and how to utilize it to perform various tasks. Then we'll compare the Power BI Service (which can be accessed through any modern web browser) to see what you can accomplish with it.
After that, we'll look into Power Apps. We'll acquire a free Developer edition or trial of Power Apps and use the Dataverse to get some example data (previously known as the Common Data Service). We'll then go through how to make each of the three sorts of Power Apps: canvas, model-driven, and portals, as well as the numerous types of connectors you may use to connect to various data sources.
There's Power Automate. We'll design many automated processes and demonstrate the various triggers and actions available in our free Developer edition.
Power Virtual Agents is the next app. We'll build a simple chatbot that can ask and answer a few simple queries. Then we'll look at how you can find out how it's doing.
We'll take a look at the AI Builder and how models like the business card reader, object identification, form processing, and prediction can be incorporated into Power Apps and Power Automate.
Finally, we'll go over how Power Platform may be used to expand other business solutions, as well as some Power Platform administration and security.
If you want to learn more about Microsoft's Power Platform, this course is for you.
After taking the official Practice Tests at the end of this course, you should be able to take (and hopefully pass) Microsoft's official PL-900 test.
