تهدف دورة إدارة المشاريع باستخدام برنامج مايكروسوفت بروجكت إلى إكساب المتدربين المهارات الأساسية لتحليل مشاريعهم إلى وحدات صغيرة مما يعينهم على إدارة أنشطة مشاريعهم بكفاءة عالية، وكذلك إدارة الموارد البشرية والمادية والمالية للمشروع منذ الإنشاء وحتى الإغلاق والتسليم، وذلك من خلال التطبيق العملي على مشاريع حقيقية للمتدربين.
