You’ll learn:

• How to get started with Adobe Illustrator with basic tools?

• How to select the topic and concept needed for your Illustration?

• How and where to find inspiration and fresh ideas for your Illustration?

• How to draw the sketch based on the inspiration taken?

• And finally, how to create your Illustration from sketch?

We will kick off with several exercises to practice sketching from imagination and observing the inspiration. Then we will bring all these together in our real example project to create a character illustration.

I will provide you with the ideas of where we can take the inspirations and open up your mind block on choosing the concept.

When it comes to the requirements for this course, you need paper and pencil for the sketch, Laptop, or desktop with adobe illustrator to create the Character Illustration.

After the profession selection, use the Unsplash websites to find a character inspiration for the character pose.
