Learn to create realistic and dynamic hair with a great control over the look of the character, once created we will give movement to the hair, in this way, it will react to the movement of the character, wind, gravity and collide with objects, at the end of the cousre you will have a realistic hair with excellent control and totally dynamic.

Firstable we are gonna learn how to open the script we are going to use, by the way very easily, we will explore some of the main and most common tools to create and emulate hair's movement, from there, we are going to model the poligonal version of the hair, taking absolute control over the appearance and look of charcater's hair, frome there, we're gonna convert the poligonal hair to realistic hair using the script with only 2 buttons.

Also we are going to change the hair's color, increase and decrease the width and number of hairs, save presets and create hair styles for faster ways to create it.

Finally, we are going to see the differences between classic MayaHairSystem and nHair, choose the best one for us depending the kind of simulation we need, adjust the hardness of hair, collision with objects, add wind and gravity. We also are going to save our simulation for faster playback and visualization purposes.

And as a practice case, we are configure the settings from scratch for an animated character to have a dynamic hair.
