Affinity Publisher software
Affinity Publisher is a design software specialized in layouts, but also in the creation of graphic documents. It thus has advanced tools for managing pages, the use of models, or even advanced text modifications. Its value for money is excellent with a lifetime license, which means a purchase for long term use. Very affordable cost. Very ergonomic, it will allow you to optimize the creation of covers, but it will also allow you to create layouts, book interiors or book covers. The other advantage is that it has a common part with Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer. It is a very ergonomic software and it is the one that I use to make all my covers of my books. I therefore use it on a daily basis and I thus show you my way of proceeding.
Training course
In this course, I'll show you how to create covers and use Affinity Publisher. You will first learn all the basics about book covers like choosing sizes, calculating a cover size, getting a template and other things. I will also show you how to find images and respect the rules. I will explain what you need to respect for a successful book cover. Then we will work with Affinity Publisher with the learning of all the essential features for the creation of cover. I explain step by step from the beginning for the use of the software, with concrete examples on the covers. Finally there will be several training sessions on various covers, fiction book, non fiction book, coloring book, activity book, composition book or travel guide. At the end of the training you will have all the skills to effectively create covers and use Affinity Publisher.
