Have you ever though why some people get sick, and others do not? Actually, it is all about your immune system. Your immune system determines your body's response to infections, colds, severe disease, and whether or not you surrender to allergies, auto-immune or serious illness.

You must have heard a lot of White Blood Cells and T cells basically they are our immune soldiers and protect us from all sorts of viruses, harmful bacteria etc. However, sometime, either they become confuse, surrender or attacking. In all the situations, they cause loss to our body but by guiding them we will be able to calm them and make them alert so that whenever, any harmful bacteria or viruses attacks our body it start defending our body. So it is very important that we should have robust immune system.
