Architecture is a beautiful field that entails Layout Designing of Homes, building systematic & precise homes & spaces as per our dreams, requirements & choices. It makes our life easy when we can visualize our dream home prior to making it on the ground. This course details the art of making different homes & 2D layouts with an approach to Design Thinking & 3D Printing.
We can visualize house models in the 3D space using CAD softwares like SketchUp, Rhino and many more. More importantly, we can 3D print the miniature version of these homes, and get a better understanding of how our dream office or home would look like.
Additive Manufacturing has enabled "Making" fairly easy be it any complex entity. Design Thinking helps us break that complexity into calculates steps & efficient ways to make that possibility a reality. In this course we will learn the science of 3D Designing & Printing something as complex as Architectural models, using simplistic methods, so students at all levels, can make their dream homes & layouts, sitting at the comfort of their couch, with a desktop machine.
